yes what Shade said but sometimes these people do mean things like this so i would be cautious too but it is probably someone trying to mess with you
It was a little scare that I had at the beginning of last year, but I'm glad it wasn't a big deal, it must have been a bot or a joker trying to mess with me XD

If you don't know the person who sent it, most likely it's either some misfit trying to mess with your head or it's a spambot, in which you are only one recipient out of many.
